Do I need an appointment?
Not for family medicine before 12:00 or for the laboratory — just walk in. Specialists see patients by appointment; book online or call.
How quickly will you confirm my booking?
Within two working hours, by phone or message. Requests sent at night are confirmed from 8:00 the next morning.
Can I choose a woman doctor?
Yes. Women's health has female doctors only, and you can ask for a woman doctor in any department — write it in the note when you book.
Do you accept my insurance?
We work directly with the twelve plans listed above. If yours is not listed, we give you an itemised invoice so you can claim it back.
How do I get my test results?
By SMS with a secure link, and on paper at the front desk. If a result needs a second look, your doctor calls you.
